Our objective is to assist you in selecting the products and services which will best suit your individual needs and avoid making costly mistakes. . Our sales staff is one of the most experienced in the American hearth products industry, with an average of over 14 years in this business. Hearth products are our full time business and we are familiar with all phases of it. Our staff is continually attending training sessions conducted by various manufacturers, trade associations and educational institutions. We hold memberships in and participate in major trade associations.
Delivery and Installation
We operate a complete and fully staffed delivery and installation department. From wood stove installation to fireplace inserts installation, our installers complete factory and national certification training to maintain a high level of technical and professional competence. All of our work is insured.
Fireplace and Stove Maintenance
We can provide maintenance and repair services for all of the
fireplace, stove and inserts that we sell. We are factory authorized service agents, not only for the products we sell, but for other major manufacturers. We offer special off-season preventive maintenance services at summer prices.
